I recently bought these blue pearl drop earrings and love them!

I love pearls in all their forms and even have the ones I wore on my wedding day. (I still have the originals = the earrings & the husband!).

 I enjoy Laura Geller products and could not resist this jewel box with products I have been craving!

 I have searched for Ethereal Pink for some time and found it in this collection (below)- she no longer offers it on her website and it is the perfect pink in blush.  The right side of this compact is Sateen Subtle Berry which has a soft taupe color to my eye~it could easily be a bronzer or used in the crease of the eye.

 This is baked eye shadow in Almond/Chocolate.  All the compacts have mirrors attached.

 I recently saw on an auction site make up that was "refurbished" ???????  If someone can explain this to me I would appreciate it - what does it involve? Dumpster diving products that were wiped off?  I can't believe this is even allowed! Please be careful my lovelies.

Here are some products that have not been given their proper due.  After having tried these for a couple of months I wanted to share and let you know why these were a good purchase.

I love everything about the Bronze Goddess Collection and pick up the newest things each year because many sell out.  I have bought 2 of these - just in case!!  The suble glow is so lovely! (Currently sold out at Macy's)
 
These purse inserts are a great gift idea.  There are plenty of pockets to keep things organized without adding weight to your bag.

I found this ombre blush & bronzer at a dept store and love the colors!

 

These are perfect for various skin tones and it is easy to get the right amount of color without over doing it!  They each came with a small brush and are great for travel.

This needs to be seen by all consumers:
I did not know dumpster diving for cosmetics was a thing!  Just writing this gives me the creepy-crawlies and even more so when I saw the news report!  There is nothing I want that badly.  The sad part is some are selling items and not disclosing where the products came from.  This would explain how high end products are on auction sites selling below wholesale- which the average person cannot get.

PASADENA, TX (KTRK) --

A Pasadena YouTube star says his dumpster diving has turned up a treasure trove of goods, especially cosmetics.
With more than 31,000 subscribers, Rich Lux is hoping to be a YouTube star.

His passion is makeup and fashion, especially high-end and luxury products. He likes to test those products and review them for his followers.
"My favorite brands are Givenchy and Chanel," Lux said.
But since Lux doesn't have a big budget, he goes dumpster diving for some cosmetics.

We went along with him on a trip to the Ulta dumpster.
"Here you go. Let's see what we can find," Lux said. "We're looking for luxury makeup, Miss Thing."

We scored big after diving into the second dumpster.
While Lux says that some people rolling by his dumpster diving hauls give him the side-eye...

"Look. I am not bothered, Miss Thing. People are looking at me like I am crazy but I am getting the deals - expired make up companies throw away and you can get it in the dumpster for free," Lux said.
From the Dollar Store dumpster to diving behind the Ulta, Lux said he has not been bothered by authorities.
"The worse thing that could happen is if a security guard or a police officer tells you to get off the property. That's pretty much it. You just have to respect it and leave," Lux said.
We don't recommend that you try this, because there are trespassing signs on some properties.

Waste Management responds:
Since our story aired, Waste Management responded with a warning to think twice before you go dumpster diving for these high-end cosmetics.
Greta Calvery of Waste Management public affairs says "it is a massive understatement to say that there are risks."
"In fact, people are gravely injured and people die. It's more than a risk, it is a very sad reality," Calvery writes to Eyewitness News. "Families are torn apart and our hearts break when that happens. And in our industry, it happens."
This person openly states she sells things gathered from dumpsters!

I have been on a shoe binge lately!  I think this is my 3rd pair of mules in the past month!

I love mules so I am glad they are popular and easy to find.  I consider these my 'Christmas' shoes:

I have had the L'Oreal Nude palette for a while and have searched for the Intense palette for months - finally found it (bottom)!

The fall color eye shadows are something different for me as I tend towards the softer palettes.

But I do like this look with my green eyes.  This was from an NYX palette.  The gold & copper colors are very popular this year and will look nice on different eye colors.  Some of these colors will never be used but it is a nice variety for an inexpensive palette.

I have started using argan oil products and this color stick is for the lips and cheeks.  I have enough redness on my face so I only use this for my lips - which has been great because the color is light but stays on for a long time.
 I have other products I will review soon.  So far I have found these various items to be very moisturizing and am glad I tried them.

I have been pulling out the holiday china pieces and the silver that has to be polished.

 I do not use the tea service since I am no longer catering (Hey Martha!) but the DIL wants it so I maintain it - but wait......shouldn't this go to her house???!!!!!!!!  I guess after teaching kindergarten all day she probably does not have the energy to polish silver!  I certainly would not!
