It is time to be serious about holiday gifts so here are some things I have picked up particularly for the adults:
My DIL will enjoy this brush set - I love this myself but have several others that I have not opened - but this is soooo pretty!!!!

This 2 level wire basket would be perfect in the kitchen or in your dressing room to hold make up.  Now I wish I had bought 2 !!!

It's that time of year - polish the silver!!!!!!
I still have the tea set to do even though we won't use it - we are Southerners so there has to be cold sweet tea on the table!

Stay well - I have had a virus for 2 weeks that has left me exhausted and just returned from the Dr. with antibiotics and pain meds for the kidney stones.  I don't have time for lazing around.  Every time I stand up I can think of something else that needs to be done or at least put on the to-do list!

I found this new color of Revlon's Colorstay Gel Envy - High Stakes
It sort of looks like camouflage in the bottle but looks like Christmas tree green on the nails:
It will be a secondary holiday color but is certainly pretty for this time of year.
I have this velour jacket that coordinates nicely with this color:

The beautiful Romantics palette from It Cosmetics is home with me!!

I just love all of these colors and the formulations are good for the skin.

I have not brought out the Halloween village for a few years because the Princess just could not resist touching and at 2 & 3 yrs old, it was in too much danger!

The Princess and her little ponies having a doughnut & milk - she is loving kindergarten and is in the advanced class.
My son has requested something delicious so I am sending him chocolate pound cake:
It's cold here but I am not ready for the snow yet but if you got some I know it was fun!

The weather here is now officially chilly so I need to change my moisturizing routine.
This is going to be my new play thing:
Vichy Laboratories Aqualia Thermal Rich Cream,1.69 FL. OZ.
The reviews I have read were generally positive so hopefully it will work.  It is on order so I look forward to adding it to my line-up.

I tried a new color of Revlon's Colorstay Gel Envy ~ Gambling Heart
I find this too sparkly & sheer for me and leans too closely to a coral shade which I have never been fond of.

This lip balm is a nice product - I am not a fan of grapefruit but in this formulation there is no strong flavor; not really even citrusy:
It is not sticky or too thick and I am glad I tried it.

Thank you for the kind notes about my family - I appreciate your thoughtfulness.  They are healing slowly.
